Company Kick-Off Meeting’ 2026
On January 9, 2026, in Bangkok, with employees from all regions across Thailand in attendance. The meeting aimed to align organizational direction and set key objectives for the year 2026.
The full-day meeting included a comprehensive review of past performance, an overview of achievements and key learnings, as well as the communication of policies, directions, and strategic initiatives by the management team. These sessions were designed to drive sustainable growth and long-term success for Ishida (Thailand).
In addition to the main sessions, team-building activities were conducted to enhance collaboration and strengthen relationships among employees. These activities encouraged mutual understanding, teamwork, and greater effectiveness in working together across the organization.
